This district is specifically intended to implement the land use and development objectives in the National Western Center Master Plan, as amended from time to time. This district also is intended to accommodate the unified treatment of master planned campus elements, internal pedestrian walkways and connections, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, open plazas and green spaces, signage, and site landscaping while implementing the community and neighborhood integration guiding principles identified in the National Western Center Master Plan, as amended from time to time.
