Neighborhood Mixed Use
The NMX Zoning District is intended to create and establish regulations for neighborhood-serving mixed-use areas along the corridors. The neighborhood mixed-use areas include the primary commercial corridors such as Tennessee Street, Solano Avenue, Springs Road, Broadway, Sonoma Boulevard as well as other areas. Design and development standards will ensure that development at neighborhood nodes is appropriately scaled to ensure the physical form relates to and does not overwhelm adjacent single-family residential neighborhoods.
