Neighborhood Commercial
The purpose of the Neighborhood Commercial District is to provide for limited commercial uses in areas that are intended to serve the nearby residential areas. It is intended that this district be established within urban areas, near population centers, to provide small-scale convenience shopping. This district is not intended to provide shopping centers or major commercial developments of a community or regional nature. Development within this district shall be served with public water, public sewer, paved streets and adequate police and fire protection according to the policies of the general plan.
