Whiteface Open Space Specific Plan
The purpose of WF-OS(SP) district is intended that the Open Space areas encompass the open areas and vistas within the Lost Canyons Project Site and these portions of the Project Site will be kept in their natural state, free from development activities, multi purpose trails are permitted so that residents and the public can enjoy the natural surroundings, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
