Southeast Kadota Fig Residential Moderate Density Specific Plan
The purpose of SKF-RMOD(SP) district is to create residential areas composed primarily of detached, single family dwelling units on small lots and the construction of attached residential projects within this designation would be permitted only if the project would not exceed the single family or multiple family dwelling mix policy of the Housing Element and the attached configuration was intended to provide senior or affordable housing units or was necessary to mitigate design constraints of the site, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
