Agricultural Productive Light Industrial
The intent of the AP district is to provide for areas within the county to be used for agricultural production of any type as set forth in the general plan, including agriculture support uses, vineyards, wineries and winery supporting land uses, low density residential uses and the preservation of prime farmland, The M1 district is intended to allow light industrial development near existing transportation systems highways, rail, air, this includes warehouses, contractor yards, nurseries, lumber yards, auto repair shops, light manufacturing and assembly, and research and development operations that do not cause significant environmental hazards or create major pollution
