Employment Center Annexation
The purpose of the EC zone is to encourage the development of light assembly, manufacturing, and research and development uses, which are compatible with surrounding neighborhoods and environment. Permitted uses shall be primarily employment oriented, with incidental retail sales permitted with approved uses.The purpose of the AN district is to identify lands which are affected by ordinances requiring payment of development fees or other mitigation measures, so that such fees or conditions may be required at the time ofsiteplan, conditional use permit, or land division approval.
