Residential Agriculture And San Geronimo Valley Minimum Lot Size Combining District
The RA zoning district is intended for areas where single family residential development and small scale agriculture can be accommodated with similar and related compatible uses. The Minimum Lot Size combining district is intended to establish lot area, setback, height, and floor area ratio requirements for new development that are different from those normally applied by the primary zoning district applicable to a site and to configure new development on existing lots, where desirable because of specific characteristics of the area. The SGV combining district regulates development and land use in the San Geronimo Valley to protect environmental resources, water quality, and wildlife habitats by controlling runoff, erosion, and vegetation removal.
