Industrial Planned Bayfront Conservation
The IP zoning district is intended for areas of the County appropriate for business park, light industrial and manufacturing uses in campus like settings. The Bayfront Conservation combining district is intended to regulate land and water uses, to prevent destruction or deterioration of habitat and environmental quality, further loss of public access to and enjoyment of the bayfront, or establish view corridors to the bayfront, ensure that potential hazards associated with development do not endanger public health and safety and maintain options for further restoration of former tidal marshlands.
