Light Industrial Community Plan Implementation Transportation Communication Network
The purpose of the CPIO District is to provide for supplemental development regulations tailored to each Community Plan area to ensure that development enhances the unique architectural, environmental, and cultural qualities of each Community Plan area, integrates improvements and enhancements to the public right-of- way, and maintains compatible land uses, scale, intensity, and density and the purpose of the TCN District is to promotes unique characteristics of special sign regulations designed to facilitate the implementation of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Transportation Communication Network program citywide, which will provide intelligent transportation technology, public and commercial messaging, service alerts, revenue generation, and blight reduction through a City-wide sign reduction program.
