The purpose of this zone is to provide for a mix of retail commercial, office and residential development that take advantage of the convenient access to the nearby bus and trolley transit services planned for the Integrated Transit Station. Retail commercial uses located at ground level will provide goods and services for both residents and commuters. Three different building height limits provide for a variety of minimum residential densities.
