The purpose of this zone is to provide an adequate variation of retail establishments and services that conveniently serve the needs of residents in the immediate neighborhood, Planned unit development zone is intended to allow for innovative design and diversification in the relationship of various uses, buildings, structures, lot sizes and open space while ensuring substantial compliance with the general plan and the intent of the municipal code
