The purpose of this zoning district is to provide, multifamily dwelling units and apartment hotels, bed and breakfast inns, dwelling unit for one family on any one lot, religious institutions in permanent site built buildings, educational institutions (privately funded), community parks playgrounds or centers when part of a community plan, when in conjunction with an approved development plan golf courses with accessory uses such as pro shops shelter etc. occupancy of temporary housing including travel trailers recreational vehicles etc., multi Sectional Manufactured Homes, factory Built dwelling, Manufactured homes and park models are permitted as a dwelling unit for a single family on an individual lot or parcel, temporary occupancy of one recreational vehicle or travel trailer, one steel storage container or one single storage shed that is 400 square feet or less is allowed prior to a primary use being established on a minimum ten acres parcel
