Qualified Single Family
The purpose of Q1 Qualified District is to provide for the regulation of commercial, manufacturing or residential uses of land and structures in order that uses and development of said land, buildings and structures will be harmonious and compatible with and not have an undesirable or detrimental impact on surrounding development and the purpose of the D3 district are designed to allow for single family residential development at a variety of densities, these districts may be applied to preserve the character of developed residential areas that are predominately single family in nature and recommended to remain so by the comprehensive plan, uses in these district include single family homes, schools, churches, and neighborhood serving public uses
