Chugiak Eagle Planned Community Development
The CE-PCD district is intended to accommodate large-scale acreage for residential, commercial, industrial, or other land use developments and activities, including combinations of uses. It allows for flexibility under controlled conditions not possible with the other defined districts. The flexibility permitted must demonstrate that the final development will be compatible with the intents and purposes of this title and the goals and policies of the Chugiak-Eagle River Comprehensive Plan, and do not compromise public health, safety, and welfare
