Conservation And Recreation District
The objective of the CR conservation and recreation district is the preservation of open space for recreation and other compatible uses consistent with some of the present characteristics. In order to prevent future indiscriminate development, it is the intent of this division to promote orderly, but limited, growth. Since much of the land area in this district has a slope steepness in excess of 20 percent, it precludes intensive development for most uses
