The Limited Commercial District B-2 has been established along some of the major traveled streets within the City in order to protect the existing commercial establishments presently located there and to enhance these areas in order to attract similar types of establishments. Because of the unusual shallowness or narrowness of the lots in these areas, only certain commercial uses which will not cause an increase in traffic volumes will be allowed.
