RO

The purpose of the RO District is to serve as a transition district between more intensive commercial uses and residential neighborhoods and to provide for the adapted reuse of residential structures for low intensity office uses. Most commercial use types are not permitted in this transitional district due to their potential impact on residential uses. Allowed use types in this district will primarily be transitional uses with office use types serving the needs for smaller office space in the local geographic area
