Medium Density Residential District
The intent of the Medium Density Residential District is to provide for a range of development densities in accordance with the Bath County Comprehensive Plan. The regulations for this district provide for development which is not completely residential as it includes public and semipublic, institutional and other related uses. However, it is basically residential in character, and, as such, is protected against encroachment of heavy commercial, industrial, and other uses likely to generate noise, crowds, large concentrations of traffic, light, dust, odors, smoke, and other obnoxious influences.
