Attractive, inviting and well-maintained shops, stores, offices, theater and cultural buildings, as well as multifamily residential dwellings are also characteristic of this zone, representative of the uses in this zone are specialty retail, lodging, condo or apartment housing (not at ground level), professional offices, theaters, restaurants and a wide variety of retail outlets
