Corresponding future land use designations generally include Retail and Office, This district is intended to provide for development of attached residential units, such as multi-family developments, at a maximum residential density of approximately 29 dwelling units per acre. Corresponding future land use designations generally include Medium-Density Residential and High-Density Residential.
