It is the purpose of themanufacturedhousing(MH) district to provide a specific area formanufacturedhome parks andmanufacturedhome subdivisions only, thus providing a location for the use and enjoyment ofmanufacturedhousingalong with those uses customarily accessory thereto. And it is the purpose of the one family restricted (AR) district to provide a specific zone for the development of detached one family dwelling units upon lots where such dwelling units are developed on smaller lot areas and zero yards, including such uses accessory thereto.
