PD-S
Planned Development Specific Use Permits
PD district is intended to provide an alternative zoning district and development process to accommodate substantial development for residential, commercial, professional, recreational, industrial, or other activities, including combinations of uses appropriately requiring flexibility under controlled conditions, not otherwise attainable under conventional base zoning districts. And the specific use permit (SUP) procedure provides a mechanism for the city to evaluate proposed development and land uses that have unique or widely varying operating characteristics or unusual features.
