Planned Development Highway Corridor
The HC district is intended to provide high intensity commercial uses along the citys busiest and most visible thorough-fares. The HC district applies to areas along highly visible commercial corridors in the city where elevated design and aesthetic qualities are desired. PD district is intended to provide an alternative zoning district and development process to accommodate substantial development for residential, commercial, professional, recreational, industrial, or other activities, including combinations of uses appropriately requiring flexibility under controlled conditions, not otherwise attainable under conventional base zoning districts.
