The BP, Business Park, District is intended to provide suitable arcs for large scale commercial operations that may not otherwise be viable adjacent to traditional commercial enterprises. Secondly, the BP district is created to protect these commercial lands from encroachment from other uses, while preserving and enhancing the values of parcels and improvements within the Business Park through the establishment and enforcement of minimum use, development, architectural, and construction standards.
