Special Impact Commercial
The primary purpose of C-2 district is to allow a wide range of commercial, agricultural processing, and forestry processing establishments in areas suitable for such development. It provides rural areas the opportunity to have adequate access to a variety of commercial goods and services in developments that include off-street parking so as to reduce the chance that the development will interfere with through traffic and to allow a wide range of commercial establishments located in areas of the County as well as those which will have a minimal proximity to religious, childcare, and educational facilities as well as residential neighborhoods, such as adult-oriented establishments.
