Neighborhood Business

It is the intent of this district to establish business areas to serve surrounding residential districts. The district regulations are intended to discourage strip business development and encourage grouping of uses in which parking and traffic congestion is reduced to a minimum. In order to maintain and enhance the unique aesthetic characteristics of the community and achieve the intent of the Neighborhood Business District (B-2), site plans shall be required for all new construction.
