The purpose of this zoning district is to provide zoning for townhome residential, commercial, and mixed use development in the West Lake Grove District that accommodates lower intensity commercial, public facility and residential uses, and to provide a transition between the Lake Grove Village Center and adjacent residential neighborhoods. These districts are intended to supply services to a market area that is comprised of adjacent neighborhoods.
