This Overlay is intended to Promote flexibility in design and permit diversification in location of structures, Promote efficient use of land and energy and facilitate a more economical arrangement of buildings, circulation systems, land uses, and utilities, The RS-6 zone implements the Low Density Residential Comprehensive Plan designation. It is intended to provide areas where Single Detached, Duplex, Triplex, Fourplex, Townhouses, and Cottage Clusters may be constructed under various ownership patterns. This variety of Residential Building Types is consistent with Comprehensive Plan policies that support comprehensive neighborhoods and affordable housing
