Single Family Residential Planned Unit Development
The Single Family Residential District is to provide for medium density residential development when public water and public sanitary sewers are available. It is intended that uses within this district be contained with a neighborhood setting, and non residential uses be directly related to needs of the neighborhood. The Planned Unit Development provides an overlay zoning district that is intended to encourage innovative design, conservation of significant natural features and consolidation of open space and provide for a mixture of uses with an integrated design
