The T5-C Zone is intended to enhance the Citys existing corridors by allowing a wide variety of building types to accommodate a range of commercial and retail and office and service uses in small to large footprint buildings along major arterial corridors carrying high volumes of vehicular traffic, With the future development of Bus Rapid Transit or Light Rail transportation options these corridors such as the Multi Functional Spine or Iconic or Ceremonial Corridors supported by this Zone will likely transition to a more urban and walkable built environment with residential uses behind or above the commercial uses
