CO-MP-PUD

The CO district is established to provide areas primarily for office development that will becompatiblewith nearby residential uses and that will protect these office developments from potential disruption by incompatible commercial and industrial uses. The specific purposes of the Master PlanDevelopment(MP)overlay districtare to ensure orderly planning for the development of large, unsubdivided lots, maintain an environmental equilibrium consistent with exiting vegetation, wildlife habitat, soils, geology, topography, and drainage patterns, and protect sensitive natural resources, avoid premature or inappropriate development, encourage high quality structures in terms of design, materials, layout and accommodate neo-traditional designs. ThePlanned Unit Development(PUD)overlay districtis intended to encourage innovative land planning andsitedesign concepts that achieve a high level of environmental sensitivity, energy and water efficiency, aesthetics, high-qualitydevelopmentand other healthy and livable community goals.
