CO-MP

The CO district is established to provide areas primarily for office development that will becompatiblewith nearby residential uses and that will protect these office developments from potential disruption by incompatible commercial and industrial uses. The specific purposes of the Master PlanDevelopment(MP)overlay districtare to ensure orderly planning for the development of large, unsubdivided lots, maintain an environmental equilibrium consistent with exiting vegetation, wildlife habitat, soils, geology, topography, and drainage patterns, and protect sensitive natural resources, avoid premature or inappropriate development, encourage high quality structures in terms of design, materials, layout and accommodate neo-traditional designs.
