Commercial High Intensity Single Family Equestrian Estate Agriculture And Multi Dwelling High Density Limited Retail Office
The C-3C district facilitates and encourages development of those uses which provide retail, service, and wholesale activities within the City and a regional market, whose use generally serves a population of over 15000. The EE-C District is intended as a low density residential district of single-family site-built and manufactured housing on large lots specifically designed for farming and or the raising and keeping of animals such as horses, mules, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, and fowl in a rural atmosphere. This development should be compatible with other multi-dwelling districts and high intensity and regional commercial uses. The R-4C zoning districts should be located on roadways classified as collector or above and should be located where public transportation is available and commercial and employment opportunities are nearby.
