Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay Railroad Corridor
The purpose of the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay (ADO) is to implement the policies that were established in the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Plan. As it is impacted by changes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, residents and property owners want to protect the characteristics that make the Alameda Depot neighborhood special. ADO-6, the Mesilla Street or Railroad Track Corridor, is intended to exist as a mixed-use environment allowing low-intensity manufacturing, low- and medium-intensity office and commercial, and limited residential uses.
