Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay Picacho Corridor
The purpose of the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay (ADO) is to implement the policies that were established in the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Plan. As it is impacted by changes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, residents and property owners want to protect the characteristics that make the Alameda Depot neighborhood special. The residential and historic character of the neighborhood shall be retained as closely as possible. All office and commercial uses are intended to serve as transition zones between higher intensity uses on Picacho Avenue and the predominantly residential uses of the neighborhood.
