Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay North And South Residential Cores Multi Dwelling High Density Limited Retail Office
The purpose of the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay (ADO) is to implement the policies that were established in the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Plan. As it is impacted by changes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, residents and property owners want to protect the characteristics that make the Alameda Depot neighborhood special. This development should be compatible with other multi-dwelling districts and high intensity and regional commercial uses. The R-4 zoning districts should be located on roadways classified as collector or above and should be located where public transportation is available and commercial and employment opportunities are nearby.
