Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay North And South Residential Cores Multi Dwelling Medium Density
The purpose of the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay (ADO) is to implement the policies that were established in the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Plan. As it is impacted by changes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, residents and property owners want to protect the characteristics that make the Alameda Depot neighborhood special. This development should be compatible with low density multi-dwelling districts, high density multi-dwelling districts and medium intensity commercial districts. The R-3 zoning districts should be located on roadways classified as major local or above to avoid undue traffic congestion in lower density areas.
