Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay North And South Residential Cores Single Family Medium Density
The purpose of the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay (ADO) is to implement the policies that were established in the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Plan. As it is impacted by changes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, residents and property owners want to protect the characteristics that make the Alameda Depot neighborhood special. The single-family medium density district is intended to accommodate single-family site built or manufactured dwelling units, including patio homes and townhouses, and to maintain and protect a medium density residential character of development. This district is also intended to serve as a transition between the single-family high and single-family low density residential development.
