Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay North And South Residential Cores Commercial Medium Intensity
The purpose of the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Overlay (ADO) is to implement the policies that were established in the Alameda Depot Neighborhood Plan. As it is impacted by changes in downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, residents and property owners want to protect the characteristics that make the Alameda Depot neighborhood special. The C-2 district facilitates and encourages development of those uses which provide retail and service activities as a convenience to adjacent neighborhoods and whose use generally serves a population of 5000 to 30000.
