R-6/WHO-1

The purpose of R-6 district are primarily intended to create, maintain, and promote a variety of housing opportunities for individual households and to maintain the desired physical character of existing and developing neighborhoods, while the districts primarily accommodate residential use types, some non residential uses are also allowed and the WHO-1, Wornall Homestead Overlay District, addresses elements of land use control as well as approaches to the design of new, restored or renovated structures inside its boundaries
