Conservation
The purposes of the Conservation zone are to preserve and protect natural environmental areas, conservation lands, park and other areas, including but not limited to the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve, Town Farm Forest, state and local parklands, and land with conservation easements that prohibit development in perpetuity, further the maintenance of safe and healthful condition, prevent and control potential water pollution sources; protect spawning grounds, fish, aquatic life, bird and other wildlife habitat and conserve shore cover, visual as well as actual point of access to inland and coastal waters and natural beauty
