HPD

Historic districts are created to protect the educational, cultural, economic, recreational and general welfare of the public, through the preservation and protection of those general areas or those individual structures and places which have or may be designated as possessing historical or architectural significance. Within Historic Planned Development District, all permitted and limited uses shall be set out within the development order approved by the Commission.
