The purpose of the PUD district is to allow for owner occupied fee simple row houses, fee simple townhouses, condominiums, or fee simple single family attached or detached dwelling units. A single family dwelling, that may or may not be attached, in a row in which each unit has its own front and rear access to the outside and each attached unit is separated by one or more common fire resistant walls which conform to existing International Building Code Specifications.
