The purpose of B-1 district is to promote general offices where no retail or wholesale sales are conducted resulting in the exchange of goods on the premises and where no vehicles or equipment other than standard passenger vehicles (cars, vans, and pickup trucks) are parked or stored on the premises, dry cleaning and laundry establishment, excluding steam and power laundries, operated in conjunction with customer service counters and limited to the dry cleaning and laundering of articles delivered to the premises by individual customers, medical equipment and medical supply store
