Office Professional
The Office Professional (OP) district is created to encourage and accommodate the development of professional and business office space at locations where such use is compatible with the surrounding land use pattern and consistent with land use policies and future land use map of the comprehensive plan. These districts should be located adjacent to or have direct access to collector or higher classification roadways. The OP district is designed to be compatible with residential uses and is partially intended to serve as a buffer or transitional area between such development while occupying larger land areas.
