C-1
Limited Commercial District
The purpose of this district is to provide suitable sites for residential mixed use and residential use, office, retail and/or service oriented commercial uses to serve the community. Any such use shall be conducted within completely enclosed buildings, except for outside cafes which are incidental to a restaurant subject to approval of the building official as to number of tables and appropriate space to ensure the health and safety of the citizenry. During special events as defined and permitted under the city's Code of Ordinances and subject to the approval of the building official, tents may be erected on a temporary basis upon such terms and conditions specified by the building official to protect the health and safety of the citizenry.
