Neighborhood Activity Corridor
The intent of the NAC neighborhood activity corridor district is to provide a mixture of land uses along the main roadways serving an urban community in need of redevelopment. The NAC district is intended as a vital, pedestrian oriented district that can support a variety of residential and support uses at an intensity greater than the surrounding neighborhoods, but less intense than the NC district. The NAC district should contain a variety of multi-family units, including townhouses, apartments above offices and retail, and loft options, complemented by offices, commercial and residential support services, residential, and limited retail space.
