Office Historic
The office historic OH district is intended to allow low intensive office uses in existing buildings in local historic districts as designated in the cites historic preservation to allow infill construction of new office buildings, compatible with the residential character of the historic district, on parcels in local historic districts that are vacant as of the effective date of the ordinance creating the OH district Parcels to be rezoned office historic OH must be of sufficient size to accommodate development techniques that will protect the residential character of nearby properties and the historic character of the area
