Community Planned Unit Development
The community planned unit development (C-PUD) zoning district is intended to provide a method by which proposals for a unique zoning district which are not provided for or allowed in the zoning districts otherwise established by this chapter may be evaluated. The C PUD district may be located in any future land use category established by the comprehensive plan. The district is intended for projects that require multiple phases and will develop over time. Detailed buildings and site layout may not be available at the time the zoning district is established.
